Will's background includes high end restaurants of San Francisco to Gastropubs in Los Angeles to Sunnyside here on Lake Tahoe to Lahontan in Truckee. He's studied under several world-renowned chefs. Skillfully trained to use the freshest ingredients available. Mary's background includes sommelier training, fine dining restaurants to a bachelor's degree and a photography business. Together they created Brunkhaus to serve the foodie community of Lake Tahoe.
WHAT: Brunkhaus began in 2020 as a solution for those who love good food and in their own home. The luxury of eating at home with a professional chef and service was what we all needed during Covid!
