WHO: Will and Mary Brunk have been teaming up as a restaurant duo to cover back and front of the house for over 13 years. Will's background includes high end restaurants of San Francisco to Gastropubs in Los Angeles to Sunnyside here on Lake Tahoe to Lahontan in Truckee. He's studied under several world-renowned chefs. Skillfully trained to use the freshest ingredients available. Mary's background includes sommelier training, fine dining restaurants to a bachelor's degree and a photography business. Together they created Brunkhaus to serve the foodie community of Lake Tahoe.
WHAT: Brunkhaus began in 2020 as a solution for those who love good food and in their own home. The luxury of eating at home with a professional chef and service was what we all needed during Covid!
